Customer Partnership Model

Our Customer Partnership model begins with an identification of both a customer's daily and strategic needs, as well as their longer term corporate objectives to help us determine the appropriate recommendation methodology.  A gap analysis is then completed to identify existing customer technologies to minimize service interuptions and maximize platform integrations and becomes the basis of proposed solution.  The delivery of any solution is overseen by a dedicated DVI project coordinator who works with the customer to develop a detailed implementation schedule.  No project is ever complete until the customer approves in writing that the delivered solution matches what was proposed.
